These Terms govern your use of services provided by Beyond Image Solutions ("BIS"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
BIS provides AI-powered automation services including AI voice assistants, missed call text-back, lead capture, workflow automation, SEO services, web design, and a dealer/referral partner program.
Services are month-to-month. Billing occurs monthly in advance. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. Fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.
You agree not to use our Services to violate any laws, send unsolicited communications (spam), violate the TCPA, or misrepresent your identity or business.
You are responsible for ensuring all use of BIS calling and messaging services complies with the TCPA and applicable state regulations. You represent that you have obtained all required consents before contacting any individual through our Services.
Dealers earn commissions on referred clients as specified in the Dealer Agreement. Commissions are paid monthly provided the referred client remains active. BIS reserves the right to modify commission structures with 30 days notice.
All BIS content, technology, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of Beyond Image Solutions. Client data remains the property of the client.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
